CSRES is an association of legal persons acting as an independent legal entity pursuant to the Article 20 f and subsequent Articles of the Civil Code. CSRES was established by a founding treaty on the 4th of April 1995 in Prague.
The purpose of the Association is to support its members in furthering and protecting their common interests, particularly in areas such as:
- Legislation and law,
- Regulation affecting the operator of transmission network and power distributors,
- Operation of transmission network and distribution networks,
- Other activities of the Association as well as cooperation with international and domestic interest groups.
